The main components of the pump head can be applied to electroplating, electroplated aluminum cover, spraying, injection molding and other methods. The surface of the nozzle and the surface of the braces of the pump head can be printed with graphics, and can be processed by printing processes such as hot stamping/silver, silk screen printing, and pad printing.

2. Working principle:
Press the pressure handle downward manually, the volume in the spring chamber decreases, the pressure increases, the liquid enters the nozzle chamber through the hole of the valve core, and then sprays out the liquid through the nozzle. At this time, release the pressure handle, the volume in the spring chamber increases, forming a negative pressure, the ball opens under the action of negative pressure, and the liquid in the bottle enters the spring chamber. At this time, a certain amount of liquid has been stored in the valve body. When the handle is pressed again, the liquid stored in the valve body will rush up and spray out through the nozzle;

4. The difference between internal spring and external spring:
The external spring does not contact the contents and will not cause the contents to be contaminated due to spring rust.
